Accessibility statement
Last updated 2026-10-03
We want everyone to be able to shop with us, whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use.
Our goal
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes:
- A “Skip to main content” link and a logical heading order on every page
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, with a clearly visible focus outline
- Text contrast of at least 4.5 to 1, and buttons and links at least 44 by 44 pixels
- Product sizes and colours say whether they are in stock or sold out, in words as well as visually
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on screens as narrow as 320 pixels
- No pop-ups, auto-playing videos or flashing content, and animation respects your “reduce motion” setting
Checkout
Payment happens on Stripe’s checkout page, which Stripe designs and maintains with its own accessibility standards. If you have trouble paying, email us and we’ll help you place your order another way.
Known limitations
[Update after testing with a screen reader (VoiceOver and NVDA). List anything that doesn’t work yet and when it will be fixed.]
